This is the Linuxville Announcements mailing list. Its purpose is to facilitate the delivery of official news and meeting announcements to its members. Postings will be moderated for all but a few authorized members. Think of it as a read-only list :-] DO NOT subscribe to this list if you are already subscribed to the general discussion list, announcements are copied to that list (unless you like to receive announcements twice). Subscribing to Linuxville-announce
Subscribe to Linuxville-announce by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
